      • The Participant acknowledges & agrees that by participating in our workshop, the Participant accepts these Terms & Conditions & agrees to be bound by them.

      • Olaiwat has sole & exclusive ownership of all right, title, & content associated with theWorkshop.

      • The Participant agrees that attending the Workshop does not qualify the Participant to carry out any form of training.

      • We reserve the right to take photographic or video records of any workshop, & may use any such records for promotional &/or commercial purposes.

      • Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for any such promotional materials & any materials used at the Workshop (including course notes, slides, brochures, articles & case studies) belongs to us & may not be reproduced in any medium without our prior written consent.

      • The Participant must consent that they will not use, share, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging or shared at the course by other participants, without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

      • Olaiwat reserves the right to use any feedback collected in relation to the Workshops for promotional purposes.

      • Please note that the workshop has a minimum attendance of 8 participants needed & may be cancelled or rescheduled if too few bookings are received. The maximum attendance for the workshop is 40 participants & any more applied may be registered for the next scheduled workshop.

      • We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by registered members in preparing for the trip.

      • CATERING
        The Participant is responsible for advising Olaiwat, at least 3 business days before the workshop, of any special dietary requirements. Although every reasonable effort will be made to satisfy these requirements, Olaiwat does not guarantee that the Participant’s requirements will be met. Participants with any food allergies must bring their own food & Olaiwat accepts no responsibility for any reaction to any food or beverage supplied during the workshop.

      • PERSONAL PROPERTY
        The Participant acknowledges & agrees that Olaiwat is not responsible & will not be held liable for any damage, theft to the Participant’s personal property at the venue prior to during or after the workshop.

      • MEDICAL CONDITION & RELEASE
        The Participant must not participate in the workshop if he or she is not feeling well, is sick or has any known medical condition affecting their ability to participate in games involving mild physical exercise By participating in the workshop, the Participant agrees to release & hold harmless Olaiwat & any of its officers, employees & agents from any liability in this regard to the extent permitted by law.

      • CANCELLATIONS
        Cancellations by the Participant must be received by email. Should you cancel before 14 days of the workshop date, you will get a 100% refund. Should you cancel before 7 days of the workshop, you will get a 50% refund. . Failure to do so will incur the loss of the full workshop fee. You may also transfer your registration to a colleague, friend, family member as per the information provided in the previous questions above.If Olaiwat cancels a workshop through no fault of the Participant, the Participant will be informed by email or phone & payment paid by the Participant will be refunded in full within 7 days of the cancellation.
